Previously known as the site of the Charlotte Observer, now the home of the Bank of America Tower at Legacy Union. It is a stable large development in the heart of Charlotte, NC. The Tower is 33 stories tall & approximately 841,000 sq ft. The classic skyscraper has a signature lit crown containing a 100-ft tall translucent pyramid that is internally illuminated with color-changing LED lighting. In addition, a variety of architectural LED color-changing exterior-rated fixtures was used to column light, wall wash, and illuminate the beauty of this distinctive exterior façade.
